challenge on nature photography - day 6

Day 6 of my #challengeonnaturephotography posts, and this choice is inspired by the timeless Disney movie Fantasia. I remember being entranced by the movie when I first saw it as a child aged about 6 - it was the first time that I was able to truly understand the stories that could be told through music. It was a revelation! Even now the Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy, The Waltz of the Flowers and The Chinese Dance conjure up the beautiful animations, twirling flowers and plump dancing mushrooms for me.

For those who'd like a nostalgia trip, here's the sequence from Fantasia featuring music from Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker Suite. I never grow tired of this gorgeous creation.
